"No die-cutting or tooling costs, absolute compliance with tolerances and drawings, cost and delivery time optimization.” These are the advantages of the technology applied to CNC knife cutting to obtain flat industrial sealing or insulating gaskets made of elastomer and gasket materials, moving directly from the CAD drawing to small, medium, or large series production.
Therefore, if the question that can align the Technical Department and the Purchasing Department is - How to get a perfect component immediately and at the lowest possible cost? - the answer lies in the technology that combines digital automation with the precision of CNC high-frequency knife cutting (see ››).

For the designer
When developing a technical elastomer component, the cutting pattern affects the performance of the material. Knife cutting is a cold process. The blade oscillates at a very high frequency, penetrating the material surgically and cleanly; the cut surface is perfectly smooth, and the cut components are ready for inspection and shipment to the customer, with no contamination from fluids or processing aids. Our latest-generation CNC stations allow us to handle large sizes (up to 1500 x 3000 mm) with thicknesses up to 50 mm. The cutting profile is perfectly perpendicular and burr-free, ensuring maximum fluid or insulating seal once the component is installed flush.
What can be cut with a CNC knife?
CNC knife cutting technology is ideal for quickly switching from processing soft polymers to rigid or laminated composite materials.
Elastomers and technical rubbers
High-performance polymers and engineering plastics
Materials for static seals and high temperatures

For manufacturing companies, adopting NEW RUBBER's knife cutting means being able to count on a specialized partner equipped with advanced CNC centers and transforming the supply of technical items from a potential bottleneck into a real competitive advantage.
A CAD file in dwg or dxf format is all it takes to start production, eliminate warehousing, and receive gaskets ready for assembly, with the certainty of identical geometric and dimensional quality from the first to the very last gasket ( watch the company video ›› ).
